1. Acceptance of these Terms

BarqiBazar (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a local-delivery platform that connects customers with nearby stores and independent riders. By registering an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

BarqiBazar is a technology platform. We enable stores to list products and receive orders, match orders to riders for delivery, and provide the apps and portals that coordinate all of this. Where an order is fulfilled by a store and delivered by an independent rider, BarqiBazar acts as the facilitator of that transaction.

This website is informational. Orders are not placed on this website — it showcases categories and representative products and directs you to the BarqiBazar app to order.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You can reset your password at any time from the password reset page.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

4. Ordering & payment

• Product availability, prices and delivery fees are shown in the app at the time of ordering and may change.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; it is confirmed once the store accepts it.
• You can pay by cash on delivery or your BarqiBazar wallet, where available.
• Weight-based and fresh items may vary slightly; the final amount reflects what was actually supplied.

5. Delivery & OTP handoff

• Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and demand.
• Please provide an accurate address and remain reachable so the rider can complete delivery.
• Deliveries are confirmed with a one-time password (OTP). Share it only with your assigned rider at handoff.
• If no one is available to receive the order, the rider may be unable to complete delivery; charges may apply per the app.

6. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel before a store begins preparing your order. Once preparation or delivery is under way, cancellation may not be possible. If an item is unavailable, damaged or incorrect, contact support — eligible refunds are credited to your original payment method or wallet in line with our in-app policy.

7. Terms for stores, riders & franchises

Stores are responsible for the accuracy of listings, product quality, safe packaging, and compliance with applicable laws (including food-safety and licensing where relevant).

Riders are independent partners responsible for safe, lawful and timely delivery and for valid documentation to operate.

Franchise partners operate within their assigned area under a separate franchise agreement, in addition to these Terms. Partner portal access is granted to verified partners only and must be kept secure.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it without authorisation.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Treat riders, store staff and support teams with respect.

9. Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BarqiBazar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Products are supplied by stores, and responsibility for product quality rests with the supplying store.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
